I have battled food addiction, depression and low self-esteem my entire life. There comes a time when you just have to face it and admit that this is just the way you are. That's the way I used to think too.
At the ripe old age of 50, I was introduced to a solution for my life-long battle for weight loss. My entire perspective was changed dramatically, and I was shocked at how quickly it happened. I learned that the reason I didn't have the energy to improve my eating habits or exercise was very simple: I just didn't feel good. All of my life, I hated myself because I hated my body. And then I hated myself even more because I wasn't strong enough to do anything about it. Can anyone relate to that? Guess what ~ it's not your fault! It's my goal to provide you with all the information you need to make simple lifestyle changes that will empower you to reach your goal. You too can have more energy, more stamina, and you can feel younger than ever like I do now. This is not a quick weight loss diet, it's a lifestyle change and yes, like anything worthwhile it may take some time, but for most it's only a matter of days before they look and feel better. By the way, diets don't work because they're not fun. Who wants to feel deprived? Not me!
